However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the goods to us in a new unworn condition within 14 days and we will exchange them or if you prefer, refund your money.

BlueItaly will not rent, sell or distribute your personal details to any third party except as necessary for normal business relations e.g. we may give your address to the post office to allow them to deliver your goods. We are committed to the privacy of all its customers. When ordering from us we may use personal information for marketing purposes but if you prefer for us not to send these to you please advise us of this.

Exchanges and Returns
We are always happy to exchange or refund on any items for any reason, please return within 14 days of receipt if possible.
If you need to return or exchange any item please be sure to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office, just in case the package fails to reach us. All postage costs for returned items will be for the customer.
